If you consult with us before engaging us, we may reduce our engagement fee by twice the cost of your consultation as a courtesy. So, if your consultation costs $75, we may reduce our engagement fee by $150. However, we do not reduce our engagement rates for emergency consultations or hourly engagements.

Each office action is different, and the issues raised influence our response fee. Nevertheless, we resolve many office actions for between $200 and $250. This does not include the courtesy fee reduction we offer to those who consult with us first.

Our hourly rates vary depending on the specifics of the matter and sometimes the client’s needs, but they generally fall between $350 and $450. Our customary hourly rate is reduced for our consultations in an effort to provide quick, affordable advice to trademark applicants and other creatives.

• Weekdays, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm;
